Founded by Andrea Bondurant, a licensed Florida Realtor® and internationally trained architect, the firm brings over 25 years of experience across architecture, project management, and real estate consulting.
Andrea began her career in 1998, founding a design-build firm in the Caribbean, where she led architectural design, consultant coordination, budgeting, and construction oversight. After relocating to the United States, she worked as a project manager and architectural drafter on high-end residential and commercial projects valued at over $30 million, gaining deep expertise in luxury construction standards, design coordination, and document accuracy.
Her professional background includes collaboration with developers, general contractors, engineers, and architecture firms on complex projects requiring precise planning, cost control, and permit coordination.
Since becoming a Florida Realtor® in 2006, Andrea has also invested in rental and income-producing properties in the West Palm Beach area, combining architectural knowledge with real-world real estate strategy. This dual perspective allows her to evaluate properties not only for aesthetics, but for constructability, risk, return on investment, and long-term value.
Today, AV Consulting Group of WPB helps clients clarify scope, assess feasibility, and align design decisions with investment goals. Services are delivered through defined, deliverable-based scopes that prioritize clarity, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
