Founded by Andrea Bondurant, a licensed Florida Realtor® and international architect, AV Consulting Group of WPB provides expert guidance at the intersection of real estate, design, and construction.
Andrea began her career in 1998, founding a design-build firm in the Caribbean. After relocating to the United States, she worked as a project manager and architectural drafter on high-end residential projects valued at over $30 million, gaining a deep understanding of luxury construction standards, design coordination, and client expectations.
Since becoming a Realtor® in Miami in 2006, Andrea has also invested in rental properties across the West Palm Beach area, combining architectural insight with strategic real estate expertise.
With more than 25 years of experience in architecture, project management, and real estate, Andrea helps clients maximize property value and investment returns through coordinated planning, design insight, and personalized service. Her multi-disciplinary background empowers homeowners, developers, and investors to make well-informed, profitable decisions in the Palm Beach luxury real estate market.
