What this typically includes

• Clarifying goals, budget range, and property type
• Search, showings, and a clear comparison of options
• Offer strategy and negotiation
• Transaction coordination through inspection, appraisal, and closing
• Notes on likely improvement scope when the property needs work

Pre-construction, resale, and properties that need work can all be appropriate. None of those paths is automatically a better deal. The review is specific to the property and the contract.

A pre-purchase property review can sit alongside representation when you want cost and scope notes before you write an offer. It is not a home inspection.
